1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing PainHuntr's website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit your information.

2. About PainHuntr

PainHuntr, operated by Sushil Prajapat, is a tool designed to help founders discover real customer pain, unmet demand, and validation signals from public web conversations such as Reddit, forums, reviews, and social media.

PainHuntr is currently in pre-launch development. The full product is not yet available. The website may show previews, descriptions, or planned features that are subject to change.

3. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access, a specific launch date, pricing, or any particular feature set. We may invite waitlist members in batches and may change how early access works at any time.

You may request removal from the waitlist at any time by contacting us at hello@painhuntr.com.

4. Acceptable use

When using PainHuntr, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or someone else's email without permission
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the website
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the experience of other users or our systems

5. Intellectual property

The PainHuntr name, logo, website content, and future product features are owned by PainHuntr and Sushil Prajapat. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content or branding without written permission.

6. Disclaimers

PainHuntr provides informational insights to help founders explore customer problems and demand signals. It does not provide legal, financial, investment, or professional business advice.

Public data and automated analysis may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You are responsible for validating any insights before making product, business, or investment decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

PainHuntr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PainHuntr and Sushil Prajapat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any information provided.

Our total liability for any claim related to the waitlist or pre-launch site is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. For the current waitlist, that amount is zero.

8. Termination

We may suspend or remove access to the website or waitlist at any time, including if we believe you have violated these terms or misused the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws that apply to your use of PainHuntr, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protections.
